Laser Babes Uk terms and conditions August 2023

Set out below are the business terms in which Laser Babes Uk provides a service to its clients.

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood our terms and conditions prior to booking a treatment at Laser Babes Uk.

1. Appointments

All doctors and therapists at Laser Babes Uk are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore Laser Babes Uk does not guarantee continued treatment with a named doctor or therapist.
Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required for your treatment. If you do not follow the guidance this may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged. For certain treatments, we ask that you are prepared for your treatment:
- Face treatments: All make-up removed prior to treatment
- Laser hair removal or laser tattoo removal: area shaved 24 /48 hours prior to treatment and free of hair. Hair must not be waxed threaded, epilated or plucked prior to laser hair removal.
Laser Babes Uk will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time. However, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. All treatments cancelled by Laser Babes Uk will be rebooked as soon as convenient for our client.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in our Cancellation Policy being implemented, which means you can expect to be charged.
If you do not attend your appointment with no attempt made to let us know, this will result in a 100% charge or forfeiting your treatment.
Late arrival to your appointment may result in a reduction in your treatment time, forfeiting your appointment or a charge.

2. Payment Protection Policy
To secure an appointment with Laser Babes Uk, either in clinic, online or over the phone, your credit or debit card details will be secured against every booking. This applies to single treatments, consultations, reviews and test patches.

You will need to accept the terms of Payment Protection Policy before proceeding with your appointment.
No charge willl be taken from your card up front prior to your attendance.
If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know and there is no attempt to reschedule, or cancel within the 48 hours as set out in the cancellation policy, your card will be charged to the relevant amount in relation to your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of their clients. This ensures that we are able to offer a cancelled appointment time to a client who needs it.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your treatment being redeemed, or payment protection policy being applied, and your card will be charged. The below table indicates the charges within each notice period, which applies to pre-paid treatments from a package, single treatments, consultations and other paid appointments.

Value packages No show, or cancellation within 48 hoursTreatment forfeit Clients with a value package will forfeit one treatment for every appointment that is cancelled in under 48 hours or a no show.

The charge outlined above relates to the percentage value of the treatment booked. For ‘free’ consultations, reviews, and test patches this is set as the equivalent to the current deposit amount – £25 for Practitioners, and £50 for doctors. All Injectable consultations will require £50 Payment Protection regardless.

4. Pricing and payments

Pricing: Consultation and treatment prices may vary, especially during promotional periods. Please refer to pricing on the website or in clinic.
Treatment quotations: where a client has been given a quote that is not subject to promotional discounts, this price will be honoured for up to 6 weeks.
Credit/Debit Card and Cash payments accepted.

5. Courses of treatment

Payments: All treatments purchased as a course or package must be paid for in full, prior to the first treatment.
Package or course expiry: All treatments from a course (except tattoo removal) must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left unused after 12 months will be automatically redeemed and a new package will need to be purchased.
Tattoo removal package or course expiry: treatments must be taken within 24 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left unused after 24 months will be automatically redeemed.
Package refunds: Value packs or courses of treatment are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed between the client andLaser Babes Uk is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charges for non-attendance. The difference will be the refunded amount.

6. Suitability for treatment

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, prior to any treatment being carried out.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide Laser Babes UK with relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment.
We cannot treat any clients who are under 18 for all injectable treatments.
we cannot treat clients that are pregnant or breast-feeding.
For some treatments we can treat clients 16 to 18 with parental consent only.

7. Emla Numbing

Where a numbing agent is required, we request that you attend you local pharmacy and purchase EMLA to be applied by yourself to the treatment area or as recommended. The pharmacist will request what it will be used for and ask you a few questions to make sure it is safe for you and you are not allergic to it. This is your responsibility as we are unable to prescribe or apply it to you. Laser Babes Uk is not liable for your misuse of the numbing cream. MORE ABOUT EMLA

8. Liability

Laser Babes Uk will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
Clients will be required to read and sign the relevant consent forms prior to treatment. We are unable to provide any treatment without your written consent.
For your safety and that of others we ask that you read and adhere to the Safety Charter, in order for your treatment to be carried out.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide Laser Babes UK with all relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment.Laser Babes Uk will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Laser Babes Uk regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Laser Babes UK's liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Laser Babes Uk's negligence.
